Every project begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your ideas, requirements, style preferences, and budget. From there, we’ll prepare an estimated cost for the work.

If you’re happy to proceed, we ask for a deposit — typically 50% — which allows us to begin the design stage. During this phase, we’ll develop detailed designs and drawings so you can clearly visualise the finished piece. This is also the opportunity to make any adjustments or fine-tune details before manufacture begins. Depending on the changes requested, this may affect the final price.

Once the design has been fully approved and the final quotation agreed, we move into production and begin crafting your furniture or joinery.

We’ll provide an estimated lead time for completion and keep you updated throughout the process to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

The remaining balance payment will be due on completion

Depending on the design and intended use, we can also incorporate materials such as metal, glass, stone, and decorative finishes to create a truly bespoke result.

For projects where practicality, durability, or budget are key considerations, we also work with moisture-resistant MDF, laminates, and other engineered materials that provide a high-quality finish while helping to manage costs where appropriate.

Additional features such as integrated lighting, soft-close hardware, and specialist fittings can also be incorporated into the design to suit your requirements.
