Delivery

    We deliver to UK and European Countries with standard charges depending on the size of the product which you will find when you reach checkout. If you would like to know if we can arrange shipping to your country, please contact us and we will try and help.

    You will need to choose the country for delivery when ordering for the appropriate delivery charge.

    We stock some products which have a delivery time stated on the product page. We make other products to order, which will have a lead time stated for the production. Once the product has been manufactured, it will be sent via courier.

    We will not pass on any of your details to any third party and will contact you only in relation to the specific purchase you are making. If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter email service you will receive periodic emails detailing new products and services and special offers. You may unsubscribe from this service at any time by logging on to your account and unchecking the relevant tick box.

    This site uses cookies – a technology that allows us to store information – but we use them only in order to store details of your purchases as you progress through the transaction process.

    What data do we collect, what do we do with it and what are your rights?

    We only collect data that is necessary to enable us to process an order you are placing and to determine and enable us to comply with HMRC regulations. We store your name, billing address, delivery address, telephone number (if provided) and email address in accordance with these. This data is stored electronically in our e-commerce database and is always password protected.
    Our newsletter is sent, by email, to users of our web site who have expressly signed-up to receive it, either via the home page form, or by ticking the opt-in box while placing an order. We use ‘mailerLite’ to send newsletter emails and to manage our newsletter list. MailerLite are fully GDPR compliant and while stored, your email address is password protected.  We will never use your email address without your express permission or sell or share your email address with any third party.
    You can manage your newsletter preferences via our web site or via the link at the bottom of every newsletter (there is always a link to ‘update your preferences’ at the bottom of every newsletter, as well as a simple unsubscribe link) and you can exercise your right to ‘be forgotten’ via this link.

    Terms and Conditions

    Our products are all made by hand at our workshop in Suffolk. All the veneers, timbers and materials we use are from sustainable sources and FSC approved. We strive to ensure that our products are described as clearly as possible and they arrive safely to our customer’s satisfaction. All products are handmade so there will be variations from product to product, so although very small differences, please consider this. PAYMENT Our online shop enables you to purchase securely online through Paypal, and you can use standard credit/debit cards through this platform even without a paypal account. You can also pay directly into Storm Furniture’s bank account which we leave our details to be found at checkout. PRICING Prices are all shown in GBP inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website were accurate at the time of publication and may change at any time. PURCHASE When you place an order, you will receive an email. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order. POSTAGE Items will be sent via our courier delivery service. We will notify you when your item is due for delivery. Larger items can take up to 3 months to arrive with you. More details will be given once an enquiry has been made. RETURNS All of our products are specially made for you, and we are unable to allow unwanted orders to be returned and refunded. Materials are ordered in specially and the items are handcrafted to specification. If however, we are notified early enough so we have not started the manufacturing process, we can help in this case. FAULTS If we make a mistake, we will put it right. If an item is damaged, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the customer. If this cannot be done, then a full refund will be given including our delivery costs.
